Health Healing with Gratitude

Are you practicing the healing gifts of gratitude? I wonder…

Staying with the theme of inexpensive ways to sustain vibrant health, I offer a timeless treasure: gratitude.  Millions of dollars are spent each year trying to alleviate tension and be happier. The quickest path to happiness is to express that happiness to others. But don’t take my words for it. Try it this week – the perfect invitation for Thanksgiving.

Gratitude, a genuine expression of appreciation, offers a feeling or expression to another about a positive deed or beneficial experience.  From a quick Google search, Wikipedia has this to say about gratitude. “A large body of recent work has suggested that people who are more grateful have higher levels of subjective well-being. Grateful people are happier, less depressed, less stressed, and more satisfied with their lives and social relationships.”

No doubt you are very familiar with gratitude practice. Try it more from a broader view with the intention to be healthier and be a healing energy for others. Are you willing to create more health wealth and support others too? I wonder…
