January Deepening Practice

I asked, do the tears ever cease?
My teacher responded, does the rain ever stop?

With my recent blog, I offered a new one-minute water practice as an unending invitation to become intimately and resourcefully connected to the fluidity of water, an element that has so much to teach us about life, and of course, our life with money. You know from my most recent blog a couple of weeks ago that I have been caring for my dying mother who passed on January 13th.

How remarkable and fitting that this practice reflects where I am right now, and honors the home of my mother in the most generous way. As the rain falls, you view her view of the last fifty years. Just imagine all of the wildlife (fish and feathers), children, teenagers and adults playing, nature brewing storms, lightning and thunder, and distant engines sounding on the water and roads. So much life happening in this scene reflecting the life in our own precious vessels.
