Are you willing to focus on plenty, sufficiency, abundance, and well-being? I wonder…
The statement – “whatever you focus on grows”- is a favorite of mine. It is a simple reminder to pay attention to where my mind directs energy. There are many external catalysts to support the idea that something is wrong and whatever is happening, you need to grasp a problem. We all have some form of pattern that arises to focus on what is lacking. This problem grasping is particularly true about money.
What would happen if you declared there is no problem? What would happen if in addition to declaring no problem, you focused on plenty or sufficiency? In other words, what in your life do you enjoy plenty of? What in your life do you enjoy sufficiency? Here are my examples. I enjoy plenty of air, laughter, friends, kisses, snow, travel, showers, and music. I enjoy sufficient health care, nourishment from food, contact with parents and siblings, reading, walking and chocolate.
Just by writing these statements I already feel the positive effects of this focus. So, for you, are you willing to declare there is no problem and focus on plenty, sufficiency, abundance and well-being? I wonder…
