When you feel sick is there any question about what you value? I wonder…

My son has been sick in bed with pneumonia for the last week. Prior to doing pneumonia, he had a severe cold and powered through his theatre commitment as the lead in A Chorus Line. He exhausted all of his energy and reserves to fulfill his commitment. These choices, steeped in his values and loyalty, caused his health to deteriorate. Now he is weak and trying to heal.

When our body is sick, there is nothing more important, and valuable, than gaining physical health.  So what is it that will assist in retaining this truth, one health returns? How do you value your physical health? I wonder…
